This place is amazing. Downstairs there's a bar and live performances from bands and then you walk upstairs to find a dance floor with a DJ who plays great dance music. Start the night off- chilled downstairs and end up never leaving and going up stairs for a totally different vibe. There's a balcony upstairs where you can go out for fresh air and there's also another bar.

Visited the bar on a Saturday. Had an amazing time. The vibe was amazing. Great live band made it even better. Will definitely go back again. If you looking for a good party on long Street then hit this place!

Great pub with great atmosphere. A worth while evening and/or day time pub with separate smoking, live music and dancing areas. Being situated on Cape Towns famed Long street, and you tire of all the other placed along the strip, go to The Dubliner.

The classic pub atmosphere with a dollop of western style music from the always hilarious live musical artist. A great vibe is always going on the weekends and it tends to bring in the best of people to enjoy the vibe. Bouncers at the door make things peaceful and the exclusive party upstairs is always a nice secret if you want to spend a little extra cash to have some more fun. Drinks are well price and service is relatively quick.

Being addicted to Guiness this is the place to go in Cape Town. This is Ireland in Africa. Best is to sit outside have a few pints and watch the people pass by. Get involved and suck in Cape Town or at least Long Street. Food options also not to bad. And if you are lucky there is some band playing. Plenty fun.

Best place to be. Ground floor if you want to eat, drink and chill. Second floor it's for party animals. Nice specials every day after seven.

The place is quite british regarding the decoration. The music is usually brit rock. There's also plenty of beer at a fair price, as well as good food. Service is also amazing, very nice staff.

Great place to drink beer and smoke a cigar. In the evening, local bands usually play, you can dance and drink beer. I gave three stars for the food, since most people don’t come here to eat. Although there is also food, such as chicken wings in spicy sauce. People come here after the restaurant just to have a blast, listen to music and dance until they drop. They work well past midnight on weekends.
