M. V.I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Pastryworks that I simply must share. After a disastrous cake from another baker literally fell apart on me for a bachelorette party, I was in a panic. I rushed to Pastryworks, practically begging for help to salvage the situation.
From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Despite my frantic state, they calmly assessed the cake and assured me they could fix it. They even went above and beyond, informing me of an issue with the cake's baking that I hadn't noticed, and offered to redo it entirely, free of charge, since I had already paid for a cake elsewhere.
I was stunned by their generosity and professionalism. Not only did they make me a new cake within an hour, but it was also even more stunning than the original.
Thanks to Pastryworks, what could have been a disaster turned into a beautiful, delicious centerpiece for the party. I will never go anywhere else again. Highly, highly recommend!

S. S.EDIT: Thanks to the owner for responding, and clarifying that the shop is not a "proper" sit down venue. As someone from out of town, i didn't know. Lovely looking eats, but disappointed that our coffees were served in takeaway cups, and the cheesecake served in a takeaway box, with a tiny bendy pastic spoon. The lady knew we were sitting down, so Still trying to fathom why...
M. L.Quich and cookie which I ordered was v tasty. Somehow cakes I saw on the Internet did not appear that great in reality but it was the end of the day then.
The adjacent toilet was very small, a person with more weight or disability and wheelchair would not fit there.
