My sister in law had a real difficulty time with a car purchased through Planet 42 via a dealership. Eventually she managed to track down STL workshop via the BMW agents. Mike bent over backwards to assist her in getting the vehicle back on the road. Had it not been for another party delaying the process, the vehicle would have been ready sooner.
