Fast and efficient service. Plentiful parking. Comfortable waiting area and friendly staff. Will never waste my time going to the Samsung shops in the malls. This repair centre was so easy to deal with. Repaired phone in less than a day.

We sent in our Samsung Smart TV for screen repairs I want to thank the branch for excellent service TV was repaired as good as new when I had a problem I contacted the technician he asked me to return the TV he will look at it and kept apologising he was so calm and understanding and Yes he sorted the problem out without any hassles .Rank you Mr Ravi Chetty and Your team fro Reception to technicians great service.

Please note that due to the attempted insurrection and the burning down of the prior place of business, they have now moved to the business park across the road at 2 Ibhubesi Road, Riverhorse Vallley. So if you are heading to Builder's, instead of going left, go right. The landline also doesn't work, what I was given was a personal cell to call but they confirmed they are up and running albeit in another venue. They have always given good advice and repairs where feasible (sometimes the cost-benefits are not worth it) and I appreciate their frankness.

For fast, professional and personal service for your repairs on multiple Samsung devices (including TVs, projectors and many more devices) this can be considered as your "one stop shop". With cell phone repairs being a "hard to make every customer happy" industry, they do really well, all the red tape from Samsung international considered. They went out of their way to assist me with a phone that didn't meet the warranty requirements. If only the public realised that they are dealing with humans, just like them (the complainant) and that some things can be done and others just not. It is not the fault of the person trying to assist you that the device is faulty. The staff members are only trying to help you. Belittling and screaming at them won't make magic happen. Just imagine being treated like that. The above is what I have witnessed while waiting to be assisted. Top praise to all the staff there that helped me and repaired my handset.

Ive had to visit this repair centre about 3 times and all 3 times got nothing but fast efficient service. Yesterday I took my phone for repairs booked it in at about 9h30am at 10h45 got an sms to say its ready for collection. Im beyong impressed. Keep up the excellent service guys

Due to my dealings with this smartcare centre I was able to be in contact with Sanjay and we had a very difficult issue to deal with my phone. It took 48 days to solve my issue, but because of Sanjay's assistance and patience for me and trying to deal with Samsung head office,we were able to resolve my issue. Really and I mean REALLY APPRECIATED everything Sanjay did, the phone is my mother's who really needs it to communicate and call for assistance as she is disabled and medical assistant. It really meant alot for what you did. If I ever need assistance again, hopefully I don't, we only will deal with Sanjay. Once again thank you very much Sanjay
