Visited this store some time in the past whilst in durban, for someone who knows very little about cars I was quite nervous but the technician Preshantan did an outstanding job by explaining to me in a simple manner and put my worries at ease, he assured me of parts that were ordered and did an exceptional job on my BMW, visited this store again this month and he doesn't work there anymore, max motorsports gets a 5 star based on my experience, outstanding!

This is a special thank you to Aqib Khan very sweet humble gentleman with good customer service skills, i drove down all the way to Durban From JHB/PTA Gauteng after we spoke on the phone as i could not find them in JHB for these lights as i saw them online i gave myself a month to test them, they are still in good working order: Quite disappoint ing as they failed to get my bright right nd remove errors on my screen: but they are good quality: i love the new look of my car: No discount or free installation was given even for customers who drive from far or buy more than three items to support max was not happy with that but my car looks sicker than before: Aqib Deserves credit for the great job done nd for convincing me to drive down nd spent plus minus R11500 at Max.....even though his not a sales guy.

Don't know if this is legal according to CPA, but as long as they done a 'test', the product is not defective in their eyes. 2. Staff chatter with each other while customers. Doesn't seem professional

Got a BMW F23 grille from these guys. Not cheap but absolutely worth it! Got the item quick, it's fantastic quality, looks great and it fits perfectly! After a serious disappointment and pathetic service from another "auto style" dealer, this was a great relief! Will definitely be back for a set of wheels I have my eye on. 😁👌

Great service ,advice and products. Car modification from sound, style, lighting and more. Visit the Umgeni road store to have a hands on look through the range on floor and possibly have them power up (if applicable) what you looking for or check up the comprehensive website. Parking is sometimes scarce on Umgeni check Kent road ( first left after the store).
