(Update) to 5 stars We took the car back and they managed to fix everything. The car looks much better and they gave us a rental car for the 2 days. Thanks for the service! (Old Info) Good service received from them. They were not difficult when dealing with insurance and extra payments. We did see a few things in the car that was out of place that was not part of the repair. The hood of the car also looks uneven but I am not sure if it's the new part or just not well aligned. The rest of the car works perfectly so the job was well done.

I have sent people to Eugene and his staff at The Auto Lounge before but I was close to drying when I got my car back. Thank you thank you thank you for making my car look better than it was when I bought it. I have been driving around with the damage for so long. Damage that I didn't even cause myself. Excellent and Honest service here. Panel beaters sometimes have a bad rap but these guys are upfront and dont try to charge you for what you dont really need. Fully accredited by most insurance companies. Workmanship of highest standards and they keep you updated of the progress of your vehicle at every stage.
