There are sales staff and then there are sales staff. These guys are super busy, all day every day, sometimes takes a while to answer the phone but when they assist, they go over and above to make sure their clients get what they are looking for, if they don’t have it they will make a plan to get it … Well done Boys (and lady)

Service depends on how the guys are working that day. Some days they can work extremely fast and others its like the whole office falls asleep. Once got 7 parts in 20 minutes other time for a silly plug everyone was asleep took about 45 minutes to find the parts. So everyhting depends on time and how busy they are.

I needed a replacement side mirror for my VW Amarok SC bakkie. I was quoted ZAR5.5k at the second hand parts yard close to where I live. I got a new mirror for ZAR1.9k at Ace. I called beforehand to confirm availability of the part.

I ordered some few parts, on 26 friday, by tusday 30 it was delivered, my arcon radiator looks different with the one i ordered, i thought its a wrong one, but when i fit it was the same radiator. Different wasn't that big ongle the design was defferent but it was one thing same as old one, i ordered again for the second time, these guys are so perfect, they did the same as previous order, parts are quality, these time i ordered a polo vivo main grill and coolant relay, they are the right parts i ordered, i can see people are complaining, to be i have never experience their bad service, its good to check parts online, or visit the branch for used parts, unlike trying to call and find out

Was not impressed at all with the website. It's not in any way shape or form user friendly not to mention the occasional mixup of parts and the quality of the parts were bad to say the least the gaskets they send are ALL cheapie gaskets the delivery and ordering was atleast good but this was my second time buying and I should've stopped the first time I won't be buying again

Good but they sell things complete. Like I needed to buy a wheel bearing hub only but with them you need to buy complete unit lit with brakes . Drums etc. I makes it more expensive.

Prices are good but the waiting period to be attended to on the engine parts side was just too much the day I was there, we were told there was only 1 guy to help us. I just hope that is not a daily occurence 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

Wish I could give these guys 10 stars. Yesterday morning my wife bumped my VW Caravelle and broke the one taillight. I phoned around and could only get a replacement light housing 2nd hand for R1150. Saw Ace Auto had an online shop for new aftermarket parts and decided to take a chance and order it online and paid instantly via Payfast, only R782... They stated the housing will be delivered in 2-4 working days.... Well today I get an sms it is with the courier.. and I already received it :-) Fitted it and looking 👍 Very fast service and you get the right good quality part.
