Here lies a friendly, focused and quietly efficient team of Postal business people, who are committed to rebuilding their formerly underrated but reliable postal operations - and so much more! The SAPO of the future will deliver socially inclusive banking services, government services, and will support SMMEs accessing national and global markets through e-commerce. In this way SAPO will play an active role in underpinning the development of the country. Hopefully too they will soon regain the confidence of their customers, so we stop paying twice the price to those courier companies who then post our goods through SAPO - this actually does happen sometimes!
