Proper service and everyone is friendly and understanding. Not very busy and that sets a good tone and atmosphere for decision making when encountering new items that weren't seen before. Picture attached is the new headphones that I bought and I must say that it even looks beter than what the container displays/advertise.

Such great service received from Matthew, I called the store for a tv he assisted straight away with reasonable options and it was ready and waiting for me when I came into the store. Great service. Quick. I called to find out if they had stock and what the prices were of a few items. I didn't have to wait long on the phone. The guy said that when I went to the store I should ask for him. Later when I went I asked for him, he already knew what I wanted and where it was so he went to get it and I paid. In and out in around 5-10 minutes.

A pretty large store. Staff is very friendly. They'd rather call their supplier to see if they can get the parts to fix a laptop of mine, rather than paying to send it in, and be told that they can't help. So the staff is really trying to help me out, and make sure I don't waste my money. Good fellows.

The service is okay its not something I would complain about. The price on their tech is fairly reasonable on the quality of the tech you will be receiving. The range of tech available is exceptional it's not very large you won't find all the laptops or phones that you see on YouTube but you'll definitely find the kind of tech that will get you by. There is obviously a range of tech in each and every type there is entry level, mid-range and high end tech so essentially everyone is catered for.

Was ok, service wasn't the best. I wanted to but a pair of earphones and the employee who helped me recommend a few pairs of earphones but it felt like I was being forced to purchase that pair he was constantly recommending. I chose a pair what I wanted which I'm satisfied with but I wouldn't go to this incredible connection again.
