Good customer service. I recently purchased a fridge from the PE branch. After following the installation instructions I powered it on and the compressor made a loud, buzzing noise. I called customer service and was offered immediate technical support. They were even willing to send a technician out to me to assist with the fridge. Fortunately was coming back to PE that weekend so bought the fridge with me. The gentleman at returns did an inspection, and upon noting the fault immediately arranged a new fridge for me. This new fridge runs 100% and all is good. Thank you very much Kloppers, I shall keep supporting you!

I am going camping and ended up at Kloppers in order to price their gas stoves and water filtration items. I entered and was immediately stopped and asked how they could be of assistance to me. I would like to just thank kloppers electronics department for helping a family member of mine in an hour of need, she left her laptop charger in pretoria and had an important meeting for the day, without question they created a temporary charging solution for her. 10/10 would recommend any and all electronic purchases through them. I always support Kloppers because of the excellent after-sales service I have received in the past. I remember a vacuum cleaner that malfunctioned within the guarantee period. There were no questions asked, just friendly assistance. We bought a camera, binoculars and sundry accessories a week ago. Kloppers PE one of the best shops I have ever dealt with. I am a very demanding videographer (ask Richard in the camera section) and I always get great and honest advice. They have the latest technology as well, which is great. Richard is fantastic, and has always been great to deal with. You honestly cannot go wrong supporting Kloppers.
