I contacted Megan out of desperation when I learned late in my pregnancy that my baby's position was OP (not ideal!) I am not based in Cape Town and only had one day in the whole month that I was able to come in, and asked if she had availability by any chance. Turns out it was a day that she was going to be off - BUT she made a plan to still be able to treat me. I'd never been to a chiro before and the appointment went great. Megan was super informed about what factors can lead to baby's positioning, and was able to effortlessly find where I was needing adjustment, and do so without causing any level of discomfort. This was a top class experience and I fully plan on returning for general care when I'm next in town.

Dr Hope is absolutely the best Chiropractor I've ever been to. I have been struggling with my back for ages and feel light as a feather leaving her offices now. She is friendly, thorough and most importantly, gentle. She reassuringly explains things as she goes and gives great advice on exercises and what to do to stay healthy. I also had acupuncture for the first time ever. I couldn't believe how painless it was. I literally couldn't feel the needles go in at all and the relief it brought was just wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Hope and her magic hands.

I would like to recommend the practice of Dr. Hope. During my stays in Cape Town, she has been able to help me several times with back problems. Recently I could barely move due to injury in the lumbar spine area. One treatment from her was enough that I could move freely again. Thanks a lot 🙏
