Dr McIntosh performed my primary rhinoplasty in 2020, and whilst I had an improved result, I was still not entirely satisfied with the look and function of my nose. I then met with Dr McIntosh 4 years later to discuss a possible revision surgery and left the consult feeling very confident to proceed, as him and I were both on the same page regarding the structural and aesthetic concerns that I wanted to fix. I am now 2 weeks post op with minimal swelling and am really happy with the new shape and look of my nose, and know this will only improve with time! I am also able to breathe more easily. Dr McIntosh is a skilled professional in his field and I appreciate that he is always looking to improve his knowledge and technique. He also has incredible bedside manner and goes out of his way to make his patients feel comfortable and at ease, from holding your hand right before you are put to sleep in surgery, to several follow ups during your recovery afterward. As an out of town patient I had a wonderful experience at the Edge Day Hospital in PE, and both Cameron and his team were excellent throughout my stay.

Dr McIntosh is by the far the best ENT I have ever been to, having had 2 previous sinus procedures this procedure and the experience thereof was completely different from the ones I've had previously. I have to say Dr McIntosh surpassed all of my expectations, he has the best bed side manners, so respectful and makes you feel at ease every step of the way, even held my hand in theatre before the procedure could begin. His passion for his line of work shows in everything the does. From the moment I interacted with the office, the ladies Rushaan, Elzaan, Melissa and Marie all made me feel so welcomed and heard. They attended to every question I had so respectfully and constantly checked on me to see if I was ok. I stayed over at Edge Day Hospital and the treatment received from all staff is commendable, they are all so caring and wonderful. They made me feel so comfortable and I also enjoyed my conversations with them when I was in recovery. It felt like I was never alone and always cared for. The view from the beds are incredible, it makes for a lovely recovery period which one needs after a procedure.
