We decided to cremate one of our dogs and after paying the staggering amount we waited 2 months to receive the name plate that went on her chest, this after the receptionist admitted to me an order was never placed. I'm satisfied with the overall service but very disappointed that we had to wait so long.

Went to get my puppy first inoculation to take home, the young lady at reception was friendly and very helpful. There is enough parking and the shop comply with the COVID rules of sanitation. Very well stocked and professional service. The down side is that some of the stuff is pricey in comparison with some other shops of the same caliber.
