I cannot express enough gratitude to Pietersburg Veterinary Clinic for their exceptional care and prompt service. When our little dog was attacked by a larger dog, they immediately took her in and skillfully stitched her up. Within just a few hours, she was ready to go home and start her recovery. The level of expertise and efficiency displayed by the veterinary team was truly impressive. What sets Pietersburg Veterinary Clinic apart is their genuine concern for the well-being of our pets. They went above and beyond by following up with a phone call the next morning to ensure that our dog was doing well. This level of care is not new to us, as they have previously taken excellent care of another one of our dogs who was bitten by a snake. It's reassuring to know that even our horses are well taken care of if we have them on call. I highly recommend Pietersburg Veterinary Clinic for their compassionate and skilled veterinary care. They are a trusted partner in keeping our beloved pets healthy and safe.

Friendly administrative staff and several vets on duty at the same time, so there is no need to make an appointment. Animals undergoing anesthesia can be picked up at the end of the day at 5pm. Speciality pet food, equipment and toys are available for purchase.
