Peanut, (Our fur baby) had a really bad kidney infection and blockage and we had almost lost him, but we rushed him to Raslouw Vet. Dr Carla Groenewald and the rest of the team were absolutely INCREDIBLE. Peanut received the best care, we were updated daily on his condition. Even after he was discharged, the aftercare from ALL at the clinic was amazing. Such compassion shown for the animals. Truly one of the best experiences we have had. Thank you so much to Dr Groenewald and to the rest of the staff.

Beautiful and tranquil setting. Very clean and super friendly assistants. The vegetarians are highly qualified and very clearly animal lovers. Better care for your pets will be hard to beat.

They are the best my dog got bitten badly they attended to her fast and with Love. The next morning i received a call stating she's fine and will be going to surgery afterwards i received a call again stating that surgery went well. I thought the bill will be very high but for 5 days and meds plus surgery it was much cheaper than taking her to any other vet. To the Doctors and staff that attended to Shimmer we will forever be grateful. Well done team. Thanks for everything.

This is a great Veterinary Clinic with a quite a few practicing Doctors and examination rooms. There is a spacious waiting room as well as pet food and pet toys available to purchase. My dogs get all their vaccinations and medication here and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I suggest phoning in first because they get busy.

We always receive friendly and very efficient service. Our English bulldog suffers from chronic arthiritis. With the help of the injections which he receives from the vet and his chronic Rimadyl his quality of life has definitely improved. We are now empowered to inject him ourselves once a month. He will visit the vet every 6 months for tests and a check-up, but in the meantime enjoys his much improved and less painfull life. Thanks very much.

Wow i did not go to Raslouw veterinary clinic for a pleasant cause. I had to put my beloved best friend of 12years down for failing health and wellness issues i just couldn't see her suffer any more and getting her medicated again would just have postponed the inevitable.. It came suddenly and without warning and of course like all emergencies it came on a Sunday. I had no appointment and had made no arrangements with them as i was still dealing with the desicion i had to make. So I was very pleasantly surprised to find that firstly they were open on a Sunday morning and Secondly they took me in without an appointment. The staff was really friendly and caring and helped me to deal with my grief very discreetly while there were still other. People in the waiting rooms. The veterinarian who had the unpleasant task of administering the lethal dose was super professional and my dog was in no pain or panic state by the time she had departed it was almost like she never knew what was going to be. They gave me a quiet time alone to deal with my grief and say my final goodbyes. Then professionally covered the body and then gave me a chance to go deal with the remaining paperwork. All the while making sure i was okay. It was the first time in my life having to deal with such a loss but i wish everybody could be so lucky. I can really recommend them for professionalism in the highest degree. I say well done and you have made a suppoter for life.

They ensured that he was well taken care of and throughout it all, they remained professional and empathetic. They ensured that he was given the right medication and comfort during his stay.
