M. A.Always have a pleasant experience at the Parktown North Veterinary Clinic. Staff are very experienced and always helpful. Dr Shepherd had excellent bed side manner with our 8 year old cat, he was very forthcoming and knowledgeable with information he also explained the surgical procedure thoroughly and answered all our questions. They kept phoning us and updating us, even during the 2 weeks post op we received superb communication from the team and Dr Baker went through the pathology results with us. I would highly recommend them, our experience with Dr Shepherd and the entire team was very helpful and their skills, knowledge and experience kept us calm in a stressful situation.

They saved my fur baby.. Went in for a very traumatic incident, and the vet saved our dog. Thank you.. He is happy, bubbly and walking again..

A.Our puppy got into our older dog's arthritis medication and we were very worried about the side effects and damage to her kidneys, liver, etc. So we called, explained the situation and they told us to bring her in. We did, and both the vet and receptionist were very helpful and friendly. Extremely professional vet.
We were able to pick her up later and she was healthy and happy.
