They have a high regard for safety and the service was 5 star - they plan correctly and made sure that the children and older folk are transported in the most comfortable helicopter and they used the nearer landing bays - so less walking - well run - and hats off to all the wonderful staff in the office and ground crew - a special thanks to the wonderful pilot of the day Werner - you took off and landed like a pro - so smooth so sleak my sincere thanks and gratitude - well done
