Highly recommend booking your next trip to Africa with Ker & Downey! My husband and I just returned from our incredible second trip to Africa. After using Ker & Downey to book our honeymoon to South Africa and Victoria Falls two years ago, we knew we wanted to use them again to book our trip to Botswana. We had such a great experience the first time, that when we decided to book a trip two months out, we knew they would help us make our dream trip a reality. It was no small feat to plan everything we hoped to do in such a short timeline but they pulled it off! Sarah planned a wonderful itinerary for us that included two safari lodges in Botswana and a trip back to South Africa so that my husband could golf at Skukuza Golf Club, and we could return to our favorite safari camp in South Africa. The team communicated with us before the trip to make sure all the details were just right and kept in touch throughout to ensure everything was going smoothly. We knew we were in good hands and if there were any issues, Sarah and Bron would be quick to take care of it. Everything from the quality of accommodations, the in room details, to the airport transfers and pick ups went smoothly and it's because of the diligence and hard work from the Ker & Downey team. We really appreciated the detailed itineraries and travel guides they provided before leaving so we were fully prepared and able to just show up and enjoy our experience. We will definitely be coming back to Africa and will definitely book with Ker & Downey again!

In the beginning, we were a little hesitant as we were not familiar with South Africa and also our first time travelling through a tour operator. Our worries disappeared when we checked into our first flight. From then on, it was magically amazing. All the transfer rides were on time and waiting for us. The accommodations were also all ready and have been informed that this was our honeymoon thus going out of their way to make it even more magical. Prior, Sasha was extremely helpful, guiding and advising us. In fact, we initially wanted to go on a different itinerary, but she suggested otherwise which turned out to be a great one! She did not stop there, she went further and arranged for each of our accommodation to prepare something special for us given that this was our honeymoon. And it must be said that the safari reserves and safaris that was booked by her turned out to be something almost out of this world especially for Leopard Hills. It was simply breathtaking. As it turns out, itineraries that we purchased separately were the most disappointing one as compared to what she planned for us. Special mention also goes to Pippa as well who was prompt in responding when we were on the 'ground'. So beautiful that we cannot wait to have her plan for our next Africa adventure!

Ker & Downey provided us with a concierge level experience as we booked our honeymoon safari adventures with clear and reliable communications. They quickly created an itinerary that met our needs, worked with local vendors to book the hotels and flights promptly, and quickly adjusted the safari camp to meet our needs and create the perfect itinerary. All the travel was seamless, and we thoroughly enjoyed the reliable people transfers at the airports, seamless van transfers between airports and hotels, and most importantly, the unique safari drive locations and tours. The accommodations and safari drives across Hwange National Park and Matopos National Park under the Amalinda Lodges and Concession were wonderful with excellent tour guides. We highly recommend using Ker & Downey to book your safari adventure to ensure a seamless travel experience that doesn't require you to worry or plan a thing. We spent our time enjoying trip preparations and then we thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed the safari adventure thanks to Ker & Downey!
