During our two-week journey through South Africa, we were initially uncertain about the safety concerns raised in the media. They were not only hospitable but also adept at tailoring our itinerary to perfection. Zaaidah, our travel advisor, was phenomenal. She was prompt in her assistance from the outset, swiftly adapting our trip as needed and maintaining constant communication to ensure our vacation proceeded smoothly. Her customer service went above and beyond our expectations. Shaeed, the head of the operation, stayed in daily contact with our guides. He skillfully adjusted our plans due to unforeseen weather conditions, ensuring that our itinerary remained intact, allowing us to witness all we had hoped for. His efforts were truly invaluable. Roger, our guide in Cape Town, was punctual, well-versed, and incredibly adaptable. His primary aim was to ensure we returned home with wonderful memories and a hassle-free trip, providing us with an authentic local experience. In Johannesburg, our guide Lebo was exceptional. Professional and highly educated, Lebo's ability to narrate local history was reminiscent of a seasoned history professor. His captivating storytelling ensured that the knowledge he imparted will be cherished forever. Without reservation, I recommend engaging with "Escape to the Cape." I only wish they had affiliations with tour companies in other countries, as I would eagerly choose to travel with them again. Their level of service and dedication made our South African adventure truly unforgettable.
