Had a bad experience, but John and his team stepped up. The Wiper issue was almost sorted to my satisfaction. I'll replace the wiper arm in the near future. It's bothering my OCD, but whatever went wrong isn't a matter to assign blame. Unforeseen things happen. I'll chalk it up to that. Thank you for at least going the extra mile and caring about your customers beyond the sale. This amended review is to demonstrate that even though things aren't perfect, you can turn them around. I will strongly consider using your services in the future.

Stopped in to get a broken valve repaired. The gentleman disappeared inside with the wheel, and reappeared less than five later with the valve replaced and tyre pumped up. He insisted it was free of charge. Generosity and service like that deserve to be broadcast! Thank you.
