On Wednesday 5 January, I hit a pothole in Randfontein, while on my way to Klerksdorp. The Mag wheel had a big dent on the inside. I put on the spare wheel and proceeded to my destination. My brother-in-law advised me to go to Champion Wheel and Tyre in Stilfontein, to see if they can help me. What a pleasant surprise!! I reached the business at 16:15. The people were all super friendly, helpful and efficient. As luck would have it, they do fix Mag wheels. The person that works with the mag repairs were actually called back as he had just left the premises. He came back, checked the wheel, and confirmed that they could fix it - SAME DAY! They fixed the wheel and balanced and fitted it for me on the car. I was blown away!! Thank you for your incredible service, efficiency and great attitude.

We stay in Pretoria. Once a month we drive through Stilfontein on our way to Klerksdorp. We have a lot of places in Pta we can go to for our Wheels-anything, but the service and also the honest business these guys do... I had to purchase and fit tyres (under guarantee) at a different supplier yesterday and I am comparing your service to theirs: - The exact same and amount of tyres are 44% less expensive with you than with them - The following is inclusive at no additional cost with your offer/service: o Chrome valves with aluminium caps o Grease added to the wheel nuts o Balancing All while informing me on everything to be done and paid for – others did not even bother to indicate that everything would be charged separately. I am really impressed with the mentioned. However, even the service and support I am now getting for a tyre guarantee claim which I had to replace in Gauteng is remarkable!

Ordered (4) four 265/65 17 inch all terrain tyres. I was offered quite a variety of options and I finally settled on the General Grabber tyres. This was the third time that I fitted tyres here. The savings that I make on tyres that I buy and fit here makes me not to hesitate to take the 446 round trip from Vryburg every time that I need tyres. The service is very professional and the staff go out of their was to make you feel at home. What an establishment. The staff really are living the company's mission statement and vision.
