Above and beyond customer service! I had a serious problem with my boss stuck in Mozambique and needing a tyre. Lucent was helping me, she tried hard to source another band, we were both searching far and wide as no one had his size tyre - we finally found one and she said I have the best courier that can help you get it to Maputo asap. She put me in touch with Cheetah Express, that collected the tyre at another place within 30min! Even though I didn't purchase the tyre from them, she really pulled through for a lady in need.
