I had the pleasure of excellent service provided by all the Management and Staff at Supa Quick Cresta this morning. Jimmy took care of the manual work and gave the car a detailed inspection. He pointed out a few areas that required my attention before taking the car on any long drives. I took his advice and all the work was professionally completed. The job included fitting of two new tyres, wheel balancing, alignment, camber adjustment as well as brake disc skimming. The pensioners discount was most welcome. Full credit to Eben Compaan and his team for a job well done.

Happy with the service and outcome I asked for. What turned my experience sour is that when the guy that did the alignment, called me to one side to show me something. He drove me around the block, trying to bribe me for the alignment and shimming. I declined and went straight to the owner. See reply regarding my complaint. This issue was sorted in a very amicable way.

Had a problem with a wheel rim. Needed a little panel beating. When I arrived at Supa Quick Tyre Experts Cresta, Immediately as I exited my car, I had a very friendly staff member approach to give assistance. I was offered a very good cup of coffee by a friendly reception staff member while I waited. The receptionist herself was also very helpful and friendly. It was not as if they weren't busy. All this, and when I went to pay, there was no charge for the repair, which also included a new valve plus the re-attachment of the tyre on my car. As a pensioner I am most grateful and impressed by the service I encountered. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable experience. Quick, friendly and they didn't even charge to plug my tyre. I went first to Tiger Wheel and Tyre. After waiting for ages and being ignored I eventually left. I won't be trying anyone else next time. Jimmy @ Cresta was so awesome to deal with.

Most helpful and friendliest people that work here. Came in worried about a grinding noise when breaking, they helped me straight away. Checked everything and explained what the issue could be. So today on my way home from work my tire burst leaving me to drive incredibly slowly until I reach this Supa Quick, I was greeted by a very nice lady who was incredibly nice and helped me get the right tire for my car (they had to get it from the Supa Quick down the road) while waiting I pulled my car into the workshop where the guys at the back cleaned my wheels while they waited for the tire. As soon as the tire arrived they got it immediately and put it on the car within the time it took me to pay for the invoice, couldn't reccomend this tire place more all thanks to the amazing staff that works there! Thank you for making my day better after such a horrible start to the afternoon 🙂

I had a flat tire that could not be repaired. They sourced and fitted 2 new front tyres, balanced all the wheels and did wheel alignment quickly and efficiently.
