Shaun was friendly and informative. He helped as much as he could but was busy taking calls as there were no receptionists. A receptionist would be helpful so that Shaun can focus more on customers. He still did a good job multitasking. The environment didn't really feel safe. There's weird parking as well.

Exceptional service. Took a chance by calling at 7.30 but my call was answered by owner /manager. Tyre's fitted, balancing and alignment done in under 30 minutes.

Just incredible! Was referred by a colleague and expectations were more than exceeded! Had my Pirellis (all four) fitted with them in under 35 minutes including balancing and alignment. Granted, I was there in the morning when it wasn't busy though which would have contributed to the speedier turnaround time. Excellent service nonetheless!

The guys have some awesome service! It’s unfortunate that when tyres are being spoken about Mintys do not seem to be mentioned much but as far as my experience has been thus far, it seems the cheapest tyres(small brands and big brands) are sold at Mintys!
