Very experienced artists and great portfolios (reason for 2 stars and not 1). Unfortunately my husband has had a bad experience with the shop. Everything was great till the tattoo was finished. The shop did not have a big enough dermoplaster for the tattoo even though the tattoo was booked a week in advance. The solution was to cling wrap the tattoo and have my husband wash and cling wrap it twice a day. After 3 days he went back to the shop when it started looking really bad. He was told it is not infected just inflamed and that he must start dry healing. We ended up going to the doctor the next day since his leg was swollen and he could barely walk. It was determine he had infection. Week of anti-biotics and dry healing (for a leg tattoo this means the scabs pull the skin tight and any movement will tear and pull them). Still in pain, swollen leg and can barely walk. Second trip to the doctor today (hopefully this will be over soon). To date we have not had a single follow up on how the healing process is going other than when my husband drove to the shop because he was concerned it was infected. Once you walk out the door there is no after service care. Would not recommend. Edit: I understand infection is a risk. It does feel like it could have been avoided if there was a big enough dermoplaster to keep the tattoo in the sterile wet healing environment. As mentioned it would be nice to just have had a follow up from your side to check in on the healing process even though you are not responsible for the healing process. Edit: they assisted with touch ups . Everything is great now.

I would recommend Rumble and Hum to anyone looking to get a rad piercing! I went there today as a walk in, was helped immediately with friendly service, and my piercing was quick and painless (an industrial piercing). Thanks so much for the awesome service, I'll definitely pay you guys a visit for my best piercing!

Best place to get a tattoo! The place is clean and sterile. Cole is super helpful when it comes to the design, colour and placement of the tattoo. They're super accommodating and helpful for the indecisive and don't pressurize at all. As someone who doesn't have a tattoo yet, I know that when I've decided what I want, I know where I'll go!
