I have always been the type of person that does not do alterations from fear of garment being ruined. After seeing Cemiel's reviews on google I tried her out. She altered a skirt that was too big and that everyone else before told me cannot be done. Also she altered a format dress within a day for me. She is amazing. Now she is the only person I will use for alterations. I am so glad to have found her.
