It’s pretty amazing that Vis FaBriek is hidden away in the South Palms centre, despite the massive sign. The concept is simply frozen fish and chicken at very competitive pricing. There’s no frills here – not even in-store music. You browse the fridges, fill your basket and you’re on your way. Despite the simple concept, the range of frozen products is quite comprehensive and you can even find frozen sauces. The advantage of the frozen food is that it’s already cooked so it’s a simple matter to heat and eat. Service was friendly and direct, and the staff members know their store well. It would be nice to have at least two people at checkout as that is the only bottleneck in the store. Most people spend about 10 minutes in the store.

Great products. Awesome prices. Keep it that way for as long as you can. You always get these great shops and then after a while they try to compete with more expensive places. You dont have to. Stick to your market and you'll always be busy.

Great place to pick up some spices. Love the Hawaiian spice for braaing. Also the hot & spicy chicken pops and strips is ideal to keep in the freezer for a quick meal.

Near builders warehouse. A variety of frozen goods. Prawns, fish, calamari, black mussels. Frozen chicken, strips, nuggets, French fries, spices, wraps, noodles.....etc.... Very reasonable prices. Well worth the visit.

A useful shop for picking up good deals. I go mostly for the frozen chips, but sometimes find other worthwhile deals - frozen crumbed fish fillets, salmon slices, etc.

Amazing range of items, ranging from "its probably chicken... Ehh maybe it's fish" to squid tentacles and calamari, everything for any budget, whether you're saving or splurging.
