I must say their service compared to other retails is the best 100% waiting time is very short & reasonable. Their staff friendly too. You don't have to stand in a long que just to pay a loaf of bread compared to Shoprite

Was there late for my grandmother's sassa money and it was late they didn't have money but they were able to make a plan for me thanks a lot to the cashier that helped me really appreciate it and please keep up the good work and sorry for not taking her name

Only a few tills open, so there's almost always a queue before you pay. The store also feels a bit disorganised when compared to other Pick n Pays.

They have sanitizers before entering the shopping center and its clean and secured. But it closes so early compared to other Pick n Pays

Long queues and no social distance between tills. Why don't you open till 1, till 3, till 5 etc? Why till 1,2 3 and when you pay, you are 50cm from the cashier behind you. Make no sense.
