As usual I will only shop at this store if I'm desperate...long queus and 1 or 2 staff members to assist probably 20 or more customers. The store itself has a good selection but staff and management need to improve to get customers that want to shop here frequently.

It's not my favorite Woolies. The food section is large , yet somehow, lacks produce only found in Johannesburg stores. The same can be said about the clothing section. It's a large floorspace, but it is not appealing at all. I would rather drive to Johannesburg to shop at their Woolies.

I love the store. Always reliable for quality products. Only thing is there was a bit of a line in the food section, which I was hoping to avoid. Seemingly due to not enough cashiers. But otherwise satisfactory shopping experience

Always the service I get at Woolworths is too notch and the staff is friendly and makes you feel at home The only downside is that PENASOL SANGRIA is most if the time OUT OF STOCK.. Please can they fix that part

It's an incredible shop that sells clothes of high quality . If you have ever thought of maybe getting a winter jacket or getting that stunning underwear to knock your partner of their feet , I promise you , it's the best place to find it . The bonus though being that they also sell food , so it's a killing 2 birds with 1 stone kind of situation for me and I love it that way .

Not a good experience. They cashier is alway friendly and she was very helpful. I go there a lot. However, I went to pick-up my Woolworth card. The lady told me I can't get the card because my Id has my Maiden surname on it. However I did have my marriage certificate with me which also indicate my Maiden name and Idnr. With my married surname. She said she can't issue the card because the name is wrong. So I said I have a passport in my Married name how is it possible that she can't issue the Woolworth card. I am a South African citizen. She call her ( what she said Manager) by which she spoke in an African language (bussiness language use is in English) and told me thw Manager said no. She can't issue the card. I was surprise and dissapointed. Elina Plenty

Shopping with Woolworths today was awesome. I liked the see-through doors that were fitted on the fridges. It was beautiful. I felt like I'm in Sandon mall. Thanks for the revamp
