The staff here are incredibly friendly. There are active members on the floor in several departments who are very customer aware and available for queries. The demeanour and willingness made such a difference, especially given I did not know the store layout. At the counter, both the gentleman and the woman were happy and upbeat, as was the gent at the meats area. The manager was alert and in tune with her team, and she was also circulating for assistance in the store. There seems to be a culture driven to this end. Really impressive!

The pick n pay here is one of the best ones. It's in a good shopping centre with ample parking and proper car guards so you have peace of mind. They recently re launched and have readjusted the isles to make finding things easier. The pick n pay is quite big and they are sure to have anything you need. They have ample cashier's all the time and they have other conveniences such as aramax shipping to domestic etc. Staff are friendly and always helpful whenever I've been there. 8/10 would recommend

Local Pick n Pay now booming with all the customers moving over from recently closed down family Pick n Pay in Craighall Park ...but no pensioner discounts available in Victory Park 😢

This Pick n Pay is open for convenient hours at the centre, allowing me to do my shopping after an afternoon workout at gym. This Pick n Pay is staffed with very friendly people who are most helpful. I was behind two elderly ladies and the cashier was absolutely helpful and patient with ensuring that the two ladies understood and were satisfied with what they needed at the cigarette counter.

Great bakery. Well stocked shelves. Staff are well trained in service. The cashier was able to operate the till for Rica of a Sim card. 3 other PnP's FAILED this task

Fruit and veg section just got a much needed overhaul. In fact the whole store got rearranged. It's functional rather than funky. The PnP Smart shopper loyalty scheme is very worthwhile tho.

Nice Pick n Pay. Had everything you need food wise and a little extra....also a PnP clothes and liquor next door. The parking not great, as it is mostly full, unless you go early in the morning.
