Best spar in town for me, lots of secure parking, they have good variety of all the items I need, very rarely do they run out of my requirements and their tellers will greet you when you go pay for your stuff, overall in my opinion a really great Spar.

It definable get 5 stars if it weren't for the 1 unpleasant male teller. There is beautiful delicious fresh bread available and if you plan it right some absolutely gorgeous yummy freshly made chicken and mushroom soup!

Great variety. Friendly staff they even have non traditional choices. Love their salad bar the bakery makes tasty treats, platters and catering choices. Sushi bar, smoothie bar and a huge selection of health foods and diet supplies

Had a disappointing experience this morning. They were offline with their loyalty program which is understandable, BUT no fall back arrangement so that one can at LEAST benefit from the promotional items and get the discounts. There was a flat out NO, can't be done. Very poor for a chain of this magnitude.

This Spar has a really great Saturday lunch special of 2 burgers for R35 which are seriously delicious and of course great value for money. They also have a great sushi selection and baked goods. I'm not so crazy about their cooked food selection, I feel it disappointing in comparison to other Spars.

One of my favourite Spar's in East London. Mainly because of their smoothie bar and the cute coffee shop, but also because of its neatness and cleanliness. They also serve free coffee near the entrance in the mornings before they open!

The Oriental Plaza is not the same, it's very desturbing and dirty and not a safe place to go do shopping. But the few long standing business men that are still open for business is worthwhile visiting.

Spar is very central close to Vincent Park center and not to far from hemmingways mall, trading hours till 9 at night including public holidays, staff is friendly and the range they carry is very awe, one pertuquler feature you can design your own salad, and the sushi does not last due to popularity

I was looking for an item I could not find. Asked one of the staff who was packing merchandise. He left what he was doing and took me to the shelf where the items where packed. NOT explaining where but fisically take me is a big YES.

Vincent superstar is your higher end supermarket with everything you require. They have a deli, coffee shop, butchery, bakery and groceries. Their butchery stock quality meats, and speciality items. They offer a sushi bar as well. They are unique in that they sell a variety of speciality breads, like rye, ciabatta, rustic and the like. Baked in house I presume. They also support small entrepreneurs by selling home baked goodies like cupcakes. Amazing..... They don't stock much pre prepared vegetables but they have the basics. Being part of the spar group you can expect to pay spar prices, but their speciality items are quite expensive.
