Yesterday I visited your store I spoke to an sales rep who dismissed my quary just like that no help at all , wow shame on you...but I went to another agent named Tasreeq very helpfull & respectful to assist me in my matter & guess what I got both items the previous agent just dismidded as not in store... Tasreeq went to the back of the store found it & assisted me , NOW THATS THE WOW FACTOR I LIKED if you can do that then you earm my trust & my thanks .
