Had my Brain serviced there recently. Workmanship was great, attention to detail on the bike was great. Only thing that put me off was the vibe in the shop was very unwelcoming. Most of the staff looked pretty depressed and uninterested.

Very positive experience overall thanks to excellent staff, customer service, and good products. Tyla was friendly and helpful, and guided me to find a bike and shoes that percectly suit my needs. Waylin did a fantastic bike, pedal, and shoe set up. Even though I bought an entry level bike and I am a beginner, he treated me with the same respect as a pro athlete buying a top end bike. Thanks also for the great advice!
