We recently bought a Canvas Tent NEGEV 5. Absolutely worth every rand!!! Spacious!!! The service was outstanding!!!! They took us through the whole proses in assembling the tent and with no trouble we have assembled same in less than 45min. Our first experience was in our backyard! What an adventure! With a bran new hand made tent by Falksons greatest well trained team of workers. We could have enjoyed our staycation in this luxury tent! What great service from Chemi. I ended up with the wrong size tent. We pitched the tent and phoned Chemi and told him my problem I have. Without hesitation Chemi told me that he will stop the tent if we didn't use it. I emediately took the tent down and took it back. Chemi inspected it and with no problems exchanged it for me for the bigger one that I needed. I just want to thank Chemi for his straight forward business and the exceptional way he treated me and assisted giving me the right size tent. Great service and business!!! Thank you Chemi.
