I recently visited Sactuary Spa Cape Town, and it was an absolutely rejuvenating experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a serene and calming ambiance. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. The facilities were spotless and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated to enhance relaxation. I opted for a deep tissue massage, and it was exceptional. The therapist was highly skilled and took the time to understand my preferences and areas of concern, delivering a treatment that was both soothing and therapeutic. I also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary herbal tea and the quiet relaxation area where I could unwind before and after my treatment. Overall,Sanctuary Spa Cape Town exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling completely refreshed and revitalized. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience. I'll definitely be returning!

This place isn't big and isn't as elegant as the big spa places but the service and friendliness of the staff was just so welcoming. We came in without an apointment and was able to get a 90 mins massage fitted in. At the end of our package, 2 bubly and a fruit platter was included. wow. now that's the best way we ever finished our massages. hats off to that. If you ever come by here and have the offer of bubbly and fruit platter, definitely take it because you will be thanking me. you get to relax after your massage at the elegant hotel next door with a view to Table Mountain while enjoying live piano music. super nice finishing. that's what I call a happy ending.

From entering ,I received a warm hand towel and fragrant sanctuary signature tea. Awesome massage from Destiny. Highly recommend the sauna as well. Will definitely recommend.

The massages were good, definitely fell asleep during the treatments. But we were rushed because we a few minutes late. Our Appointment was at 1pm but had to be there at 12:45pm. Due to unpredicted traffic situations, we ran a few minutes late and only arrived at about 1pm. From there on we quickly had to change before and after the treatments. We understand that there are other appointments, but I think you should consider factoring when clients are a bit late (not by choice).. over all, we enjoyed the spa package and will definitely return for more.

I enjoyed the experience sooooo much. The ladies were professional and pleasant, they made us feel welcome and their communication skills were awesome. The feeling of the spa was peaceful, I immediately felt calm upon arrival, with a beautiful aroma smell and low lights! The absolutely perfect setting.....I completely loved the treatment and was very happy with the outcomes thereof. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Keep it up guys!!! I had an outstanding experience at this branch, with my husband. We arrived a little late due to unforeseen traffic but the staff were gracious and professional. The treatments went really well (hot stone massage and a facial) - leaving my skin glowing. The decor and ambience is tranquil and spa-like, which I fully appreciated. We also had full use of the sauna, a self-application scrub and shower, as well as the hotel pool. We did the scrub and relaxed for a short time at the pool as we had another appointment but would definitely make use of the sauna next time.

The girls were beyond helpful with any queries and putting packages together. On the day, start to finish it was better than I could have ever imagined, the girls are so professional and put together a beautiful birthday platter for him!
