A friend and I went for a half day spa day and it was the most incredible experience ever! The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional - you haven't had a proper massage and body scrub until you've had one at Jiva Spa. The oils, scrubs and creams are amazing, the ambience is made for relaxation and we especially loved the fruit plate and cleansing tea thereafter. All in all, a 5-star experience.

The best Spa experience I've had in Cape Town and I've tried most of them.... the facilities are clean and I love the fact that there's never more than 6ppl having treatments. There's a sauna, steam room, changing rooms, relaxation room, free masks, flip flops (that you can take home), lockers, towels, gowns, hairdryer, I door heated pool, jacuzzi, etc. I love that fact that it smells like a spa, the staff are friendly, efficient and so helpful and the best part is the music is totally relaxing and not the sound of waves or the beach. The privacy and cleanliness is very important to me and I love the fact that you can make a whole day out your treatment by using the facilities. I will definitely be going back!!
