Booked package that included massage, facial, lunch and pedicure. We also got 30 minutes in the steam room to start with. The spa is luxurious and has all the extras that one would hope to find in this price range. Marble, plush towels, sarongs for the steam room, warmed therapy beds, lounge with drinks/snacks etc. They do ask you to complete a health screening prior to the services. The spa is located close to the hotel pool and we could hear some of the kids by the pool. Thankfully, this did not really disrupt the tranquility of the services. Only got one picture as I left my phone in the locker room (on purpose - there was another person in the spa using her phone and they should have a strict rule about that.

We had such a lovely time at the spa. The staff is friendly, the food was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the massage and relaxation lounge. Would highly recommend.

The entire experience at this spa is excellent. The welcome at reception is friendly, the changing rooms are clean and well appointed, the waiting area has tasty light snacks and some fresh juices- these things really ease you into a relaxed frame of mind before the therapy. My wife and I went for the Durban Hammam treatment which was sensational! The therapists are professional and friendly. It’s definitely worth the visit, but you will have to book in advance as they are quite popular.

went for 60-minutes OPI Signature Pedicure at The Spa at The Oyster box. my therapist was Bukisa.. Lovely soothing music, loved the whole spa experience. disappointed to know that they only offer water not even tea /coffee please reintroduce the snack bar.
