It such an peaceful shopping square, not so many clothes shops but surely you wont get hungry while you're around that center

It's small , clean and it much safer then the other malls I know, it has car guards and security all over.

The center needs to get better car guards because the white lady guard at the center is ridiculous. A black Ford ranger driver was so inconsiderate he almost knocked my car and became very loud and spoke aggressively when I told him he nearly knocked me . Why are these people allowed here ?

The Square doesn't disappoint The experience is always easy and breezy I usually go to Dischem or Checkers and their customer service is always top tier. It's a great place to quickly grab essentials from,it would be nice if it had public WiFi as cellphone reception can sometimes be a struggle

Parking is an issue during peak hours. Security can improve but all in all a good place to shop. The Medical centre is well geared for primary care.

Quite a nice shopping centre, Checkers is in my opinion one of the better Checkers shops, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the butchery should be more careful with the expire dates, I've had two not too good experiences there and will support checkers but not the butchery sorry to say. Parking outside can be a problem, I feel the layout of the parking area could have been organised a little better to help traffic flow. The underground parking is better in my opinion.

Excellent place for groceries shopping with a safe and relaxed environment. There are a few clothing, restaurants, doctors, barber, optician, pharmacy, jewellery shop, liquor store, shoe repair and laundromat. Ample parking with excellent car guards. Of course Checkers is the leader and main driver of traffic.

Very clean, fresh food, almost anything you can get, there is a liquor just outside the the checkers store and another one inside checkers(mostly Winery), first checkers I've seen that have different kinds of actual fishes(different kinds), you choose to buy the whole fish or piece of your selection or marinated, it actually cheaper to buy weighed fillets than those in boxes on the fridge, owh and they don't have that normal mince meat 🙅‍♂️ don't know why?

The only reason I gave it a 3 is because of the parking, getting parking is a struggle. I always resort to parking underground. The center itself supplies all my necessities. The checkers is well stocked with a wide variety. Woolies food, Dischem and pick n Pay clothing all working to service my needs in a clean and safe environment

Was a good experience don't go hear often as it is a bit out of the way but they Need to do something about the way the traffic flow is as it seems to be confusing for people and could cause some unnecessary accidents in the future.

It's not a very big shop by you can be surprised on how much you can grab from it. A bit of everything 👌🏿. Don't take it for granted. Fresh vegetables and the like. Clean with friendly and efficient staff.

The only thing I can say is go in with a budget Stick to that budget or else!!! I actually went in with a colleague who wanted my advice regarding oral care.. There was a wide range of mouthwashes..toothbrushes..and Products for whitening ones teeth..we settled on the Colgate brand for the above..and I was quite chuffed to see the Colgate charcoal toothbrush that's a favourite of mine ( of which I made sure was included in my colleagues purchase)... His actually now feeling more confident as his products all start to work in Conjunction with each other.. Checkers really has thought of everything!

Nice little Centre. Had everything i needed. Wasn't too busy . Visited 4 shops and a restaurant while there. Very clean. Fruit and Veggies i bought was of good quality.

A mall that is well positioned with a great selection of national retailers including Woolworths, Telkom, Pick n Pay, Checkers, Dis-Chem etc. Good coffee shops as well, including a Pedro's chicken outlet. The passages or walkways are very spacious. Ample overground and underground free parking is always a win.

Woodburn Square anchor tenant is Checkers. Neat nice place. Under Ground parking. Lots of new shops including Dischem, Wimpy and others. Very popular in Pmburg. Not the biggest shopping centre but popular amongst all.

My husband and I totally enjoy shopping at Woodburn square. Without fail , weekends we shop at the various shops. Irrespective of the recent happenings... it has not stopped us as we cannot live in fear. Thankful that security is more visible ...Pep Stores ... if they could be part of Woodburn would be an added treat.

Strategically located close to Yes Please guest House. Walking distance to Pietermaritzburg Campus of University of KwaZulu-Natal. Home to popular stores such as Clicks, Checkers and Woolworth. The facility got ample playing area for kids.

It's become a really convenient place to get shopping done. As it isn't over-saturated with shops, (it's main attractions are Woolies Food, Checkers and Dischem), there is a limit to how busy it gets, which is lovely.
