The mall is not to large and contains plenty of fast food places and restaurants which is almost always crowded by people. Yet the Mall is Handy with all the different types of shops concentrated in one area. Although ,I'd love for the Mall to have more activities and better traffic flow.

Checkers here is way better in service than the one in Newcastle Mall. Staff is more friendly, store organisation makes it more enjoyable to shop. Store manager keep it up...

Houses the only movie theatre in Newcastle. Has Cambridge supermarket for grocery bargains, Pep store, Jumbo and SARS offices. Has too many car guards
