The gorimas here is the best when not sure of buying new spices , the staff will help you ... Their seafood curry paste is great for multiple dishes

It's the best place if you wanna do shopping in town, as all the shops are in one place. Be prepare this centre is too crowded though.

One of the best malls in Durban. The ambience, and vide generally invites me to go into this all-in-one mall. Your car is safely parked inside and cheap prices, there's even a Pick n Pay. Though they are always full in the afternoon as most commuters pick up last minute goodies on their way home after work.

Been a great shopping experience post looting. Toilets are now free to use. Since the removal of Nandos from the centre space, more space was created ❤️

Stopped off for lunch at the Oriental at the Workshop..Had a Kebab bunnychow..if you are looking for authentic curry then this is the place.Absolute value for money..Ask for Beverley..our waitress was the best..Smashed my meal-the way I enjoyed it

This mall? It's the place to be! Packed with all sorts of stuff – colorful cultural gear, sleek watches, clothes for every budget from cheap to fancy. Everything you could want, all in one spot. And hey, getting around? Piece of cake!

Great place to do casual shopping. The bead works are exquisite and reasonably priced. You can negotiate prices as well. The SA/ Zulu beading necklaces, earrings, shoes, headpieces, armbands, rings, waistbelts are better priced than the ones at the promenade. Don't say I didn't plug you neh!

It is sad to see the state it is in now... people sitting and drinking alcohol in public, littering and dirtying the place...I have such fond memories of how I used to take my kids there and we would buy food and sit in the park and eat...the paving outside needs attention

Always buzzing there, plenty people, food outlets, all the clothing stores you can think of including PNS so grey street is brought to the workshop. They have the Cellar which has been around for ages if you don't want to shop with the wife and hang back for a few drinks.

The workshop has changed a lot since I was last there. There are less stalls outside than I remember, the one downfall being there are paras loitering outside who were not there before which means the security level has dropped somewhat. Inside is still as I remember but either than that, the WORKSHOP is still a nice place to visit. Just be on your toes.

The only problem I have with this place is that that machine where you are supposed to insert money to use the toilets doesn't work half the time. Not to mention the poor hygiene and no toilet paper.

Best place for shopping In Durban CBD. It's the biggest shopping mall around taxi ranks. There is an arena outside for arts and music with auditorium. Behind the mall wide green spaces for picnic or rest. Kids will have space to run around. Secure parking but be vigilant as vagrants are numerous.
