I loved the atmosphere though nobody was there to assist me , I wanted to buy more clothes but what I noticed was the staff was minding their business not assisting customers unlike other shops. I'm still going to go there n buy clothes. I saw beautiful clothes .

Went to woolies cafe to have breakfast....very nice setup....good service...nice food...nice coffee...I highly recommend it...will definitely go back ..then I went to woolies to buy a few things ..big store...clean....lots to pick from...just wish they had chocolate babka lol ...will go to this woolies again...thank you

I’m like the Princess and the Pea, I can tell when someone is trying to sneak ingredients that isn’t Woolworths quality. Only the best quality ingredients in my pot 🍽 🥘 🙏 Love their minimalist packaging design and their attention to even the tiniest details, like the hand drawing of the pea in the pod. Supporting local artists builds our circular economy! 🌟 ✍️

Did not know this coffee shop existed. Was invited for coffee by a friend, and enjoyed the cake and coffee.

We were accosted and verbally abused by another shopper. The manager offered his assistance and listened to us and whilst he could not do anything about the other rude shopper's behaviour he showed concern and treated us with respect. He listened to us and offered to assist in any way he could. One of the tellers also expressed concern and personally apologised for our bad experience. She didn't have to but, we left the store feeling much better. Altogether, I was quite touched by the respect and kindness we were shown by the staff.

A large Woolworths with plenty of stock. The queues can get quite long here when it's busy, but that's just because this Woolworths has everything you need. Has a lovely flower and plant selection and a nice coffee shop.

This store is great. Peaceful to shop in. In 12 years of shopping with them, I only experienced 1 unpleasant cashier. They also hardly ever run out of sale items which makes their sale season very pleasant.

Lovely store. Very disappointed at the lack of stock at the Lancome make up counter. Had a discount voucher but couldn't buy half the products that I wanted. Lost out big time.

We eat at the WW Cafe in Cresta quite often. Service excellent, staff friendly, food great quality. A bit pricey but excellent food and cappucino.

I enjoy the Woolies restaurant. The food is always great and the coffee if excellent. The staff are lovely. I think the waitrons could be a little more in tune with the customer. They are a slow to attend to the customer which is something that can be easily improved.

Ive always thought this woolies was one of the best with a huge range and stock whenever I was searching for a specific item. Yesterday I bought some dog toys and they rang up higher than I bargained for at the till, no biggy but thought I would let the manager know that some labels were incorrect in the Christmas madness. He made a point to return all the additional cash I had spent and I must say it was fuss free and efficient as ever. Cudos for customer service in a crazy time of year!

I love shopping at Woolworths and this one was no different- quality clothing, at prices I could afford. This morning I was looking at the winter boots I bought there and I was thinking about the fact that they are still in excellent condition. I expect I will be able to wear them for at least the next five years, and chances are that I will eventually get tired of them instead of them breaking down. The service is also good.

Crime incidents increasing inside shop. No immediate assistance when discovering you have been mugged anywhere in this woolies. No measurements in place to prevent crime. A shrug of the shoulder when seeking help, as one gets everywhere these days in or country when you became a victim of crime. People get mugged in the food section on a daily basis especially on busy days and at month ends and over weekends. Be aware, be very alert.

Not buzy at all could to the sale goodies at my own pace as per usual the deli had fresh fruit and veggies we sat down and had tge most delicious coffee and scones very nice aroma of coffee when you walk in the store you have to sit down and have a cup noce Woolworth cresta

Nice woolworths but regularly the food shelves are empty. Example today you can buy watercress tomorrow there is none. 6 days later there's 30 pkts and the following day none. Food wise it stocks most stuff and the fresh stuff is great. Again today is Friday and no coffee and no watercress. So went to another woolworths and got it there. This shop is big. Mainly clothes.

The clothes are okay-ishly priced. Some staff are extremely rude and ignore your queries. The lady by the fitting rooms is pleasant.
