I placed an order on Sunday and received it by Wednesday. Very, very impressed. Bongani (the driver), was so friendly and professional. Please take good care of such great employees!

Always loved to shop at makro. For years now we have been buying our groceries in bulk there. Just know your prices. Always check the specials out when it's more than one item on special for one price. Most of them are great. But some will catch you .. their variety of products are amazing. You item you looking for can have different suppliers which is great for when you either need to do a quick simple job or pay a bit more for when it's a long term job , where you machine or product must last. Well done makro for going over and beyond. Keep up the great service and keep smiling.

Love it, good service and great variety of tools and general consumer products. The staff is very helpful there is also a clothing section. Queues are generally short. Parking is free.

You will always find Specials when you go to Makro. Almost anything you need will be found inside, not to keen to go to a busy store then you can do online orders where they have multiple payment methods. They can get busy at times, but it is all worth it for the Prices you pay.

Usually have pretty good specials and I always find what I'm looking for. The only downfall is that you often have to move out the way of a forklift on a busy Saturday, while the staff get items down from high shelves. Other than that, love going there and walk out happy.

Clean and Service was good as always. Just had an unfortunate experience with the beacon that was expired on the 13 and I only realised when I got home and it was smelly.

It is great big store that's worth while to come early to in the mornings before the real hell breaks loose fairly quickly. But there is, however, a number of times where I am provided with very poor service as employees tend to give a fair amount of attitude that is not very appreciated. So come for the stock, but don't expect great service one hundred percent of the time.

Great store thay is not too busy during off peak times. Great specials as well. The staff in the electronics department are always too busy to assist ans cant really answer your questions. I have ordered online a few times and collected at this branch which went smoothly

Very big store, big variety and everything from food to outdoor furniture, sporting goods and household goods. The only problem with them is they are bad with personal service I. E. When you ask for something in store or when you want something delivered. If you are going in and out without doing these two things they are great.

Like any makro they have a wide variety and loads of specials for bulk buyers. Make sure to be patient as the tills do sometimes move slow due to bulk buyers and them inspecting you on you way out double scanning some of your items. Lots of parking and also remember your makro card or to sign up for one at the entrance.

Loads of parking. Not over crowded and store is very clean. Never had an issue to find a specific item or found they had no stock. Only negative for me is that the entrance is not on the main road, it feels as if you drive a mile to reach it from main road

The shop is neat and clean staff in appliances is absolutely clueless about the products they sell if you need product knowledge they not the ones to ask. The price is the selling point. Queues are extremely long but expected over the festival session.

Wide aisles make busyy month end grocery shopping a pleasure. The queue was long but moved quickly. My family and I are consitently in and out of the line within 8 minutes. Prices are great to.

Not too bad a Macro - wish they would make their entrances more obvious, had to ask 3 different passers-by how to get in to the shop, but they were also trying to find their way in!! Moving all the junk away from the doors might help.. Staff were OK. Great place to browse around. Got to be careful of the prices, some items are a rip-off, others are a bargain. You have to know your prices before going to Makro. But a nice shop anyway. Great parking!!

Except for the cues due to lock down rules this is a great shop to visit, could improve by asking staff not to use their cellphones during working hours (Walked past two guys busy on their phones and a few rows further a customer was complaining about nobody assisting him.

I went there to buy some croseries in bulk .I never realized the place was so big .it has a good stock off everything eventually idid buy the bulk items I wanted the service at the tills went quickly staff were very helpfull pricing is good. because off positive help when idid not nowere i can find some items they call someone to take you to items and show you I will definitely purchase from them in future I will definitely just go a bit earlier

I have to compliment Makro Carnival, Returns Section on a job "well done"!!! On Saturday 06/11/2021, I had to take a faulty "Top Box" back to Makro Carnival for repairs, and also return an item for credit. I did not have the Invoice for the item to be returned, and the purchase was done more than six weeks back. But a quick inspection of the garment being returned and a scan of the barcode and the credit was processed. A Product Specialist was called to assist with the Technical questions on the Top Box. The whole experience was quick, friendly and efficient. Thank you, keep up the good work. Regards, Wouter Herbst

Update: large collection of basically anything you need, know your prices but the bulk buys are worth it. We a in at minimum once a month. Only thing is the online collection is it of the way and confusing, didn't save me much time Original: Large space and savings

Waited in the Vodacom queue for 20 minutes and eventually had to leave. Severely understaffed in the cellphone section. Otherwise, service was great in other areas. Pity about the cellphone areas.

Exactly what one would expect from a Makro. Massive everything in massive quantities. The staff also handles minor emergencies professionally and effectively. I was in there during power failures, storms and banking systems going offline. It was handled quickly and without too much hassle.

I JUST LOVE MAKRO!! BUT IT IS A PITTY THAT THEY NEVER HAVE ALL THE FLAVOURS OF CHIPS AND MOST THE TIME OUT OF STOCK ON THE DORITO'S. I AM LUCKY IF THERE IS CRUNCHY'S IN STOCK. IF YOU COULD PLEASE ATTEND TO THESE ITEMS.
