Great shopping place, does have Nando’s, spur, and some more restaurants and cafes , in addition to pets shop, home appliances, home electronics, public toilets, about a 100 free parking lots.

Lovely parking..open layout so you get fresh air while shopping. Retail stores for everyday goods...water refill, economy clothing stores, grocery store and has a mugg n bean/steers with good service.

A Plaza near my home, what more can you ask for. I like the fact that you can park just outside the shop you'd like to visit & don't have to walk for ages in a Mall to reach it. The shops here vary & are shops I frequent, no problem with parking & neat & clean.

Foodlovers Market advertise specials all the time and I love Checkers for a quick visit. The shop selling pies is excellent and even Clicks makes your shopping experience positive.

Parking chaotic at peak times. They need effective traffic control. Parking attendants are dangerous and give a false sense of security. Intersection control would be a good idea.

Good enough place - nothing exceptional though. I'm not an overall fan of the vibe at this shopping centre. There are certainly better Food Lover's Markets in Port Elizabeth and the Bayleaf bistro at Baywest is 5/5 compared the the one at MetLife. We've also had some issue with the ATM's - once almost had a cars swallowed and then once an ATM would not release the cash that was already withdrawn. Also find the clothing shops to be a bit lacklustre.

It was ok today but yesterday due to loadsheeding some shops had no back.up generator. Waited 2 hours for clicks to open.

For all your Sunday pick ups, checkers, clicks, jet pick n pay clothing, food lovers, mtn, crazy store, legit all your ATMs. A very helpful hair dresser called hair explosion, shoe city, whimpy, sheet street and fnb bank. Makro is opposite the road. There is also a bakery and a pie store as well as lovely water shop.

It is very convenient. There is a store for almost everything. The mall even has a sweet store and a frozen yogurt store. It also has Clicks and Checkers.
