My Zoom H6 microphone had degraded and became sticky, Ridge the branch manager, Warren & Planet World were kind, friendly and insightful in hearing out my matter, aiding in a repair request and following through to me getting a new unit. This place is INSANE!!! Felt like a little kid walking in to Disneyland. I was greeted with a welcoming smile, the vibe here is amazing. Staff knows what they're talking about trust me. I was helped in all the sections I wanted advice and help on, even learned to play a song on the ukulele. 3 stories of music madness. This gem of a music store in the heart of the City stocks various musical instruments and accessories for musicians of every level. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, with loads of instruments available on site for demo testing. Well worth a visit if you're even slightly musically inclined.

The folks at Toms in Cape Town are the absolute best. As an aspiring musician I've found them to be very open and welcoming to beginners. They go out of their way to help you by giving advice and helping you to source components. They also constantly keep you informed on the status of your order. I had an issue with my bass and the first thing they said was, "Bring it in and let us have a look!" If you're at all interested in music, do yourself a favour and visit the guys at Toms. They know their stuff!

The best centrally located music shop by far. Nice experience being inside. Quirky attendants. Big range. Don't forget to check out the upstairs section. And ask for a discount when you buy your goodies. Used to be Marshall Music.

It's always been there never realised why until now. Mars has always been there I've never been there because I knew they had instruments and thought that's was all they did, recently went there and found out they have a full studio department. Service is amazing pricing is very good, honestly if you have any audio needs I suggest paying the a visit.
