You guys are the absolute best of the best. This is the place to go for the ultra ultimate sound experience. They love you to play music on their equipment. They allow to bring in your own concert at any dB. Any amount of loudness is appreciated as I was playing at about +- 100dB! Thank you ultra soo much Bose. You are boss of the sound industry!!

My Bose earphones had a charging problem. I returned them Sound Systems Cape Town. The lady was very friendly and eager to help. After she tested them it was established that the charging case was faulty. I was updated throughout the whole process. I received a new charging case. No questions asked.
