Absolutely amazing service! Dropped my car off in the morning, they immediately started working on it and even though it was ready after only 2 hours, my car was kept safe until I was able to pick it up a bit later. Staff was super friendly and I'd definitely recommend their services to everyone ✨️

Please see full story to why it's 5*'s: Took my new car there yesterday. They did the installation and everything perfect but they damaged my dashboard. Its a new car but I can see all the screwdriver marks on my dashboard and there is no way to fix it. I'm very upset about the whole thing. Good prices but bad workmanship. I love my new spund system but i still cant believe they dont take care of your property. Edit to my original review: I laid a complaint with the branch and I must say that the Manager Kyle. Handled it professionally and Courteously. I will definitely go back as he did not make me feel like, "Why you complaining?" We came to an agreement with compensation and I am happy with the outcome. I did not expect anything.

I bought an aircon regas voucher from Soundmatch on Deal zone. The regas was done, but the air coming through, was still warm. I complained about this, and the manager contacted me personally. He was very apologetic, gave me a full refund, and even issued me with some valuable air conditioning advice.
