Helpful staff - both with signup via email and carrying stuff. Very good prices. Clean, safe. Up stairs, so you need help with the lift outside. Loses a star for location but that doesn’t really bother me (traffic can be a pain on the M5). Not open Sundays or Saturday afternoon Recommended

Quick and painless sign-in and sign-out process. Sabrina is such a delight, warm and always has a smile on your place. There is also always a helpful gentleman more than willing to held you offload and carry things in and out the storage. Feels like you've left your valued goods with a trusted friend. Absolutely fantastic team and storage facility. I have stored my things here for two years, coming in and out on a regular basis. Sabrina and the team were always available via email and calls, ready to help with anything I needed, letting in clients and others into the unit, and keeping everything safe! I almost wish I still needed to store things so I could hang out with them more!

I have had my things stored at Securistore in Maitland since February 2015 and the entire process has been awesome. In 2015 I walked in off the street to store a number of things (due to an emergency relocation) including my recording equipment, a sofa, coffee tables, clothes and even kitchen appliances. The friendly staff was very helpful and rented me a unit. They even provided a lock for me and kept my key for 4 years until I returned for my things in November 2018. I was happy to find everything in order and I started the process of moving my things out over ensuing 3 months. Sabrina, (who manages the facility) is an Angel and she made the entire process effortless for me. I honestly don't know how I could have managed without her. She even went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me courier my things out of province twice, and I just received the last of my things today intact. I can't say enough great things about Securistore Maitland, they are lifesavers!
