Friendly and efficient service from knowledgeable staff. My 11 year old kitty had been having stomach issues for months and they recommended Royal Canin Sensible. She’s looking and feeling amazing! Best thing ever! Now all 3 my kitties are on it. Thanks Team.

I highly recommend Belvedere Vet Shop! The staff are extremely knowledgeable, and will only sell you things with the animals’ wellbeing in mind. They care about the animals more than the profits, which is what I look for in vet shops. For example, I specifically look at the exotic pet accessories (hamsters, rats, bunnies, guinea pigs, birds, etc). It is so lovely to see the correct food, bedding, treats, safe medications, and toys on the shelves! Please keep up the good work, and continue to share the correct information about exotic animal care!

I Love taking "Summer" to Belvedere shopping Centre. It doesn't matter where I park, she drags me straight to her favorite shop. I can see why...All the staff are always friendly and kind. Plus she sometimes gets treats.....plus she loves checking out all the toys. We Love Your Shop. An awesome experience....

I love this little place! It's small enough that you can get it in and out without a fuss or a crowd, and still manages to suit my needs. I am a super regular visitor to the Sorbet there... the ladies there are like old friends, and the woolies and Vida are super convenient.
