Awesomely professional, technically astute and kind one-stop provider for everything pertaining to my Phonak hearing aids. I often say that hearing loss is a wonderful advantage if you use Phonak (supported by the Polokwane Ear Institite). The earpieces are the most subtle connections to podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok webinars, Teams and Zoom meetings and music. As for my hearing? It is like spearmint for one’s ears - crystal clear, totally natural and effortless. The fact that every client is treated like a VIP is such a treat. The service is as decadent as the top-of-the crop hearing aids! Highly recommend!
