How often is it that u are remembered after a long time it was absolutely amazing seeing Ronika from Ted's did not think she would remember but just the same friendly pleasant consultant. Truly impressed by her knowledge in products and absolute patience and understanding even with the most difficult of people. Even though I did not make a purchase as yet will definately buy what she recommended thank you dear for ur service always.

The bed shop have been absolutely amazing with assisting us with a brilliant bed, after a general factory fault in the seam, I contacted the store manager Leshnie Ramsaru who immediately organised us a brand new delivery. She was absolutely incredible with her accommodation and did not make us feel like it was an inconvenience to assist us. The regional manager Nishaan Sharma approved a brand new replacement and it was delivered timeously. The staff welcome you with warm smiles and were all aware of the replacement, assisting us with what felt like a personal experience. Thank you so much!
